IS TOURMERIC AVAILABLE OFFLINE?
Yes. All maps and basic content in the Tourmeric App is available to download to your device. When you upgrade to our Premium offering you can download further content like audio and images.
DO I NEED TO BUY THE CONTENT BEFORE I GO TO MY DESTINATION?
No. You can upgrade your trip at any point but if you do it using your mobile data that may incur roaming costs. Our suggestion is to upgrade and download everything before your trip or when connected to a WiFi network.
HOW LONG WILL THE PREMIUM CONTENT BE AVAILABLE TO ME?
1 year. From the date of purchase, you have one year to enjoy the content provided by Tourmeric (that is one calendar year from the recorded day of purchase).
HOW TO NAVIGATE IN THE CITY?
You can use the downloaded map as your navigation tool and stick to the chartered route if you turn on your location sharing service. Otherwise, you can use any other method or route to go from A to B but that might throw our route distance calculations.
HOW MANY TIMES CAN I CONSUME THE CONTENT?
As many as you like within the 1 year period. We love our content and we hope you do too so it is available to you for consuming as many times as you want.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL/REFUND MY PURCHASE?
Unfortunately, we cannot process any refunds and/or cancellations but if anything went wrong please reach out to us at info@tourmeric.com and we will make sure to come back to you.
